8th Annual William Tell Financial Golf Outing to Help JC Clubs Stomp Out
Inner-City Hunger

[Latham, NY] The 8th Annual William Tell Financial Services Client Appreciation Golf Tournament (www.willtell.com) will be held Friday, June 20 at Fairways of Halfmoon in Mechanicville. It will start at 8 am and conclude with dinner at the club at 6 pm.

Proceeds from the golf outing will be donated to JC Clubs (www.jcclubs.com), a local charity dedicated to providing meals to local children. This is the first time that JC Clubs and William Tell Financial Services have teamed up. Other sponsors include Matador Insurance Agency and E-Mortgage.

The round of golf will be followed by two separate drawings: one golfer will have the chance to win $10,000 for sinking a 50-ft putt and the second can win $100,000 by making a Hole-in-One. Last year some 200 golfers attended the William Tell Financial Services Client Appreciation Golf Tournament.

JC Clubs is a prototype for feeding centers across the nation by providing balanced meals of juice, milk, meat, vegetables, bread and fruit to area children. Last year, more than 87,000 meals were served in Albany. Many churches from across the nation are basing their own feeding centers on the JC Clubs model.

“JC Clubs has given Albany-area families hope and has made concrete progress in treating hunger,” says Joseph Ventura, manager of William Tell Financial Services, an independent, financial services firm based in Latham, NY. “We’re looking forward to helping to raise funds for JC Clubs and have fun in the process.”

  1. It seems like business is still getting hit hard. Is anybody seeing an upswing in their respective niches? Health reform seems like a mess. I generate long term care insurance leads and annuity leads for the insurance industry, but volume has been terrible in the last two months. I am afraid the worst is yet to come, but maybe it is just my attitude.

  2. Pretty wonderful article, very helpful stuff. Never ever imagined I’d find the info I want in this article. I have been hunting all around the internet for some time now and had been starting to get irritated. Luckily, I happened onto your website and acquired precisely what I was browsing for.
